Monica Graham will be at Berton House from January to March 2008. She lives in Sundridge, Pictou Country, Nova Scotia, and is a widely published journalist and photographer. She is the author of three books about Pictou County.

Elin Kelsey
Elin Kelsey will be at Berton House from July to September 2008. A natural history expert and science communicator she is committed to sharing her enthusiasm for nature and wildlife with readers of all ages. Elin lives on Bowen Island, British Columbia.

Charlotte Gray
Charlotte Gray will be at Berton House from April to June 2008. She lives in Ottawa and has written biographies on such figures as Alexander Graham Bell and Isobel Mackenzie King. She is a past winner of the Pierre Berton Award.

Frances Backhouse
Frances Backhouse will be at Berton House from October to December 2008. She is a biologist and freelance journalist and the author of Women of the Klondike, among others. She lives in Victoria.
